Thank you so much for "fitting" me in yesterday - it was much appreciated. Chantelle did a superb job on my hair which meant I turned up at my meeting looking far more professional than might otherwise have been
the case. Thanks also to the young lady who washed my hair - it felt good. I shall certainly return to the salon when I visit Colchester but next time I shall make sure I have made an appointment in advance. I agree with the

Dear Carole
First, thank you so much to you and Annoshka for helping to make Laura and Petes wedding such a spectacular event. Laura looked wonderful and a great part of that was her hair. I know she was worried early on that she wouldn’t find a style that was truly special. You two certainly arranged that for her, and I know she was thrilled with her hair on the day.
But thankyou also for doing my hair, I cant tell you how much I appreciated it it looked so good, especially with the hat. I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself.

I just wanted to write and express my pleasure at a fabulous experience at your salon. From the moment I entered the reception and was greeted with a friendly smile (and offered an extensive and tempting refreshments menu!) I was treated like a VIP. I never usually have my hair coloured but was treating myself to a birthday ‘New Look’. I am thrilled with the results and have had compliments from all my friends and family. It was great to feel that after a very in depth consultation, I could actually visualize the finished look and I was not disappointed. I will be back very soon and have already recommended you to lots of people!

Here are some memories from me of particularly good service that I have received at Caramel Browne:
When I have asked for an appointment that would be considered to be out-of-hours (or even days) perhaps when I am going on holiday, for example, the salon has always helped me by offering an appointment to fit in with my plans. Alternatively, it is possible to have my hair styled at home, by arrangement.
When my hair is shampooed, I am always offered a footstool and then, later, I am always offered a complimentary cup of tea. Appointments are always promptly adhered to.
When, from time to time, my hair has not been in its best condition, various conditioning treatments are suggested and fully discussed with me in order to achieve the best possible result for my hair.
At the recent extension and upgrading of the facilities at Caramel Browne, I was honoured to be asked to open the extended and improved salon, and all present were offered a celebratory drink and some light refreshments. The salon is always a very happy and positive place.
Fund-raising evenings for charity are a regular feature of Caramel Browne's work, and I have experienced several very enjoyable evenings when these events have taken place, sometimes in the salon and sometimes at outside events. I fully support these fund raising ventures, which add to the aims of the salon in its quest for enhancement and support for people's lifestyles.

Having had the opportunity to experience a top London celebrity salon recently I can safely say that Caramel Browne beats them all hands down for service, client comfort and expertise and I have no desire to go anywhere else for my hair and beauty needs.

I stumbled across Caramel Brown by sheer accident, really. I was visiting Natural Beauty upstairs for beauty treatments and, whilst I was waiting for June form Natural Beauty to arrive, your staff very politely welcomed me into your salon. They offered me beverages and magazines to read, in order to make my wait as pleasant as possible. As a result of that very friendly experience, I decided to book a blow-dry for the following week, which is very unlike me, as I am incredibly fussy (being an ex hairdresser myself) about anyone that looks after my hair and I had been at that time with another very good salon for many years.
Following my blow-dry, which I was delighted with, I have now been back to Caramel Brown for further blow-dries and treatments for more times than I can actually remember….
Coming into Caramel Brown is like stepping into a top London salon, just more friendly and personal, due to the great customer care that you provide. I just cannot thank you, Claire and Elisha enough for being there on my doorstep.
