YOUR APPOINTMENT
Our appointment include a full consultation and complementary massage, We therefore request all clients to be punctual so that they can avail of thee additional services. Should you have to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Failure to notify us in this period will result in the client meeting 50% of the cost of the cancelled service. Failure to give any notification will result in the full cost being met by the client.

Deposits are required on all bridal booking and other treatments lasting more than 90 minutes. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

YOUR CONSULTATION
If you're new to the salon or maybe thinking about a new look, a consultation allows us to discuss your requirements and generally get to know each other be fore the appointment. We do not charge for consultations and are happy to discuss your needs subject to staff availability.

Your hair type, bone structure and skin tone can all make a difference to the final look. And we can always suggest ways to highlight your best features. But in the end, it's what you want that counts so if you have a picture or photo of the look you're after, please bring it along!

We also believe in working together. Most of our clients tend to stay with the stylist that suits them best, but please don't feel awkward about trying another member of our team. We understand that a fresh perspective can sometimes make all the difference.
